If you are looking to add the Facebook Pixel to your Store, as described here:

You just need to Copy and Paste the Pixel Code that you are provided, at the very end of the file 'theme.asp'.

Remember, there might be multiple 'theme.asp' files on your site - so make sure to Paste the code into the file used by your current/active theme, as designated in your Display Settings.
