Security Patch 20190604

This patch implements new security measures that prevent automated attacks from accessing a ProductCart store and increases security on information written to the database. 

Downloading patch files

You can download the patch files for your version of ProductCart in your Control Panel under Help > Check for Updates. 

Backup your database and your website files.

Upload the files to the appropriate folders using FTP.

From your Control Panel, enter the URL:

yourdomain/store/pcadmin/upddb_injection_prevention.asp

in your browser's address bar.  Make sure to substitute your site's domain for "yourdomain" and the correct folder if you have replaced "pcadmin" with a different admin folder name.

Follow the instructions on the update page to complete installation of the patch.
