Under “
Reports > Other Reports” you will find other reports that are being gradually added to the system.
RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. The acronym is often used in the United States by retailers to indicate the authorization number that is given to a customer to identify a return. The customer is typically asked to place that number on the package that is returned to the retailer, so that it can be easily linked to the return request.
This report allows you to view all requests for merchandise return submitted in that period.
This report allows you to view all product review notifications sent to customers in that period.

- Date range: enter both dates in the date format used on your store
- Base on: indicate how the date range should be applied (e.g. date in which the order was placed vs. processed)
- RMA Status: you can obtain a report for requests that are pending, approved, or denied

This report allows you to view all product review notifications sent to customers in that period.
