View All Orders [Migration Draft]
There are different ways to see recent orders in your ProductCart Control Panel.
You can change the date filter (e.g. to display all orders in the last 30 days) using the From and To fields at the bottom of the page. Make sure to respect the date format mm/dd/yy. You can also filter orders by status (e.g. only display pending orders).
The following information is displayed on the page:
When there is a yellow “i” icon next to the View & Process link, it means that either the customer or the store administrator (or both) added comments to the order. Click on it and the comments will be shown in a new window. Customers can add comments to their orders during checkout.
Incomplete orders are not shown on the View All Orders page unless you specifically choose that order status from the Order Status drop-down at the bottom of the page. You can quickly view Incomplete Orders by using the Orders > View Incomplete Orders feature.
- First of all, the welcome page (menu.asp) shows the latest 10 orders on the left side.
- Secondly, you can search for recent orders using many different filters by taking advantage of the Orders > Locate an Order feature.
- Or you can use the Orders > View All Orders feature to quickly display orders placed in the last 2 weeks, 50 orders per page.

- Order status
Refer to the legend located at the top of the page to understand which color is associated with each order status. You can sort the orders shown on the page by their status using the blue arrows at the top. You can filters orders by their status using the order status drop-down at the bottom of the page. Refer to the legend located at the top of the page to understand which color is associated with each payment status. You can sort the orders shown on the page by their status using the blue arrows at the top. You can filters orders by their payment status using the payment order status drop-down at the bottom of the page. This feature is for administrative purposes only (learn more) - Order date
This is the date on which the order was placed. You can sort orders shown on the page by their date using the blue arrows at the top. - Order Number
The order number reflects the order number increase that you may have entered in the Store Settings page. - Customer Name
The name the customer provided as part of the billing address. The name provided as part of the shipping address is shown on the Order Details page. - Paid By
The payment method used for the order. - Order Total
The order total. - View & Process
Click on this link to view details for the selected order. - Edit
ProductCart allows you to edit an order, regardless of the order status. However, orders that have been processed typically should not be edited. An order is normally edited when it's status is still Pending. - View Invoice
Click on this link to display a printer-friendly version of the order in a new browser window. The image used on this page is defined in the Store Settings area of the Control Panel using the Company Logo field. - Batch Process
Click on this link to display a page that lists all Pending orders, and allows you to select multiple orders to be processed at the same time.
