View All Orders [Migration Draft]

There are different ways to see recent orders in your ProductCart Control Panel.

  • First of all, the welcome page (menu.asp) shows the latest 10 orders on the left side.
  • Secondly, you can search for recent orders using many different filters by taking advantage of the Orders > Locate an Order feature.
  • Or you can use the Orders > View All Orders feature to quickly display orders placed in the last 2 weeks, 50 orders per page.

You can change the date filter (e.g. to display all orders in the last 30 days) using the From and To fields at the bottom of the page. Make sure to respect the date format mm/dd/yy. You can also filter orders by status (e.g. only display pending orders).

The following information is displayed on the page:

  • Order status

You can sort the orders shown on the page by their status using the blue arrows at the top. You can filters orders by their status using the order status drop-down at the bottom of the page. • Edit
ProductCart allows you to edit an order, regardless of the order status. However, orders that have been processed typically should not be edited. An order is normally edited when it's status is still Pending.
  • View Invoice
Click on this link to display a printer-friendly version of the order in a new browser window. The image used on this page is defined in the Store Settings area of the Control Panel using the Company Logo field.
  • Batch Process
Click on this link to display a page that lists all Pending orders, and allows you to select multiple orders to be processed at the same time.

When there is a yellow “i” icon next to the View & Process link, it means that either the customer or the store administrator (or both) added comments to the order. Click on it and the comments will be shown in a new window. Customers can add comments to their orders during checkout.

Incomplete orders are not shown on the View All Orders page unless you specifically choose that order status from the Order Status drop-down at the bottom of the page. You can quickly view Incomplete Orders by using the Orders > View Incomplete Orders feature.
